Saturday Habitat Work Days
Habitat Restoration Workdays occur quarterly on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. during the months of August & September due to the heat) - All volunteers are welcome to participate. Learn from experienced restoration team leaders, meet other gardening enthusiasts and enjoy a morning of "gardening in the Park." For more info. or to RSVP for a workday, email mkirk@mthelixpark.org.

GMIA New Year's Walk to the Top

Join neighbors for the half-mile walk to the top to celebrate the New Year. The annual event is sponsored by the Grossmont Mt. Helix Improvement Association (GMIA). The morning culminates at Mt. Christmas On Mt. Helix

The park will be transformed into a winter wonderland FREE for the public! It’s a festive night for all ages, filled with local vendors in our Christmas market, offering crafts, delicious food, and amazing beverages.

Yoga
Yoga offers hybrid classes
Helix Yoga instructors are offering Zoom and in-person outdoor yoga classes Monday through Friday at Mt. Helix Park. The donation-based, drop-in classes are for all levels. For current classes visit Helix Yoga at www.helixyoga.com

Illuminating Crossroads - Singing Bowls
Experience the magic of solar-infused sound baths and a gratitude circle with skilled instructor Lisette Archer-Barber. Discover healing and harmony in every session from 9 AM - 10 AM on Thursday mornings. This is a donation-based class with a suggested donation of $15. Please see her website for more details.
